IPv6 deployed on all DA servers but London and Longhorn. Those may take just a bit longer.

IPv6 deployment on Blizzard successful. Deploying v6 to the rest of the DA servers today. Outbound via v6 waiting for ARIN, not going to use third party IPs for that.

Recently we’ve gotten much better at identifying compromised email accounts before they’re used to send any spam. One more move toward how we intend to separate ourselves: we’re not just a service provider, we’re your admin hired for an unbeatable price to watch your back at all hours of every day.

The person responsible for the previous message has been sacked. We mean the problem has been fixed.

Self-inflicted issue with two outbound relay IP announcements. Not expecting any impact visible to customers, re-routing around those relays while working on it.

To compensate for increasing investment per customer, including increased software licensing costs, we have raised our prices slightly. This does not apply to any existing services, only new orders.

We've boosted our loop prevention on the outbound relays. Imagine sending an email to an address that forwards it back to the sender, which forwards all email to the recipient. This is a loop, and we're trying to kill them.

We're seeing a complete outage of the Blizzard server at this time. Initial investigation has revealed an inbound DDOS attack that seems to have bypassed mitigation. This is the first case of fully bypassed mitigation we've seen in some time, investigating options.

Rebooting Ocean server to apply updates.

More updates to to make the experience a bit more intentional. Exposing more relevant things, hiding more irrelevant things, etc.

We've identified an unfavorable edge case that is very low impact, but needs to be resolved. To put in context, it may impact one user each month at most. However, one user is important. Explanation:

We're apparently in another maintenance window in Germany and could have an outage up to 30 minutes of... whatever they break. If we come across as relaxed about it, it's because there's no benefit to unfiltered thoughts.
